Connoisseur's Wine entrusts its collection to the optimal conditions for preservation provided by "Les Chais de France," a storage complex situated beneath the hills of Issy-les-Moulineaux beside Paris. This facility, gathering galleries carved into chalk, employs dehumidifiers and air conditioning to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level.

Connoisseur's Wine uses "Les Chais de France" not only for long-term storage but also for temporary storage of its collection. Temperature is maintained at 55 degrees Fahrenheit (13 degrees Celsius), while humidity levels hover around 70%. These controlled conditions prevent deterioration and ensure wines age gracefully.

Each bottle is stored on custom racks in darkness, away from sunlight and vibration. This environment allows Connoisseur's Wine to preserve their wines while they mature undisturbed.
