Given the fragility of bottles and wine, we take great care in choosing our logistics providers and in packaging our products.

 

We work with the best wine transport specialists, such as VignoblExport or Côte d'Or Import, as well as general carriers that have proven their reliability in wine transport: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT. Depending on your location and the number of bottles or cases, we will suggest the most suitable carrier. However, if you have a preferred carrier, please let us know.

 

The shipment of your wines is prepared using secure packaging adapted to prevent breakage, limit temperature variations and ensure that your bottles reach you in perfect condition. To prevent damage, your bottles are systematically insured against breakage and theft.

 

We will always offer you the best price among our cost-price transport partners.

Shipping details for Europe:

 

We can ship anywhere in Europe, whether you're an individual or a business.

 

If you have an excise number, we will issue an eSAD and EAD for any shipment within Europe.

 

If you do not have an excise number, or if you're a private buyer, we can take care of customs clearance for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden.

 

 

Shipping details for Asia and North / South America:

 

We are used to shipping wines to the following countries: United States, South Korea, Singapore and Hong-Kong. We ship to individual and business taking into account local restrictions for both.

 

We prepare all the necessary customs documents (package lists, certificates of origin, invoices...) and we take care of packaging the bottles using the best protection available.

 

We always offer a shipping service that includes insurance on the value of the entire shipment.

Collection from our warehouse:

 

We can, of course, work with your carrier if you have one, and arrange pick-ups from our warehouse in Issy les Moulineaux, a commune next to Paris.

 

It is also possible to collect your bottles directly from our warehouse, by appointment.
